Refunds and Subscriptions

Current payment status and the policy that must be in place before paid features launch.

No paid subscriptions today

We do not currently sell paid subscriptions, paid reports, credits, renewals, or one-time purchases through this website.

Because payment is not enabled, there are currently no subscription renewals, cancellation steps, refund windows, or billing disputes handled through StairSolver.

If paid features are added

Before paid features launch, the checkout page must clearly disclose the price, currency, billing frequency, taxes or fees, what the user receives, cancellation method, refund rules, and support contact.

For subscriptions, users must be told when they will be charged, how renewals work, how to cancel, and whether access continues through the paid period after cancellation.

Mistaken charges

If you believe you were charged in error by a future StairSolver payment flow, contact support@stairsolver.com with the payment email, approximate date, and receipt ID.

Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials by email.

Provider disputes

If a payment processor is later used, its own dispute, chargeback, and refund systems may also apply.

StairSolver should not fulfill paid digital goods until payment status is confirmed through a verified provider event or trusted payment API response.
